Hello and welcome potential kitty parent/caretaker!
Just watching my cats can make me happy. – Paula Cole
Ever wanted to adopt a kitty but you couldn’t because perhaps you’re allergic? Or you wanted to adopt but don’t have enough space or perhaps your landlord doesn’t allow you to own pets? Or you just want to help kitties in need or do something good for the helpless ones? What ever the reason, you’re in the right place.
Although CSF doesn’t put its residents for physical adoption, you can adopt one or more of our Sanctuary residents virtually.
What is virtual adoption?
Virtual adoption is one way of helping and supporting CSF mission so we can continue our work and keep our Sanctuary running and alive. CSF lifetime Sanctuary relies solely on private donations. We are currently running a Sanctuary with 150 furry residents – all of them are special in their own kind of way – and we need to meet the daily needs of each and every one of them.
How does CSF virtual adoption work?
You can virtually adopt any of our residents for $30 US/month per kitty. In return, you will receive monthly info about everything that’s currently going around in our Sanctuary and lots of photos of your adopted kitty or kitties. Your name will stand under the sponsor list for that particular kitty (first name, full name, last name – it’s up to you).
How many kitties can I adopt virtually?
As many as you like – the sky is the only limit. There is a donation button available on each of our resident’s page in order to make things easier.
Can a CSF resident have more than one sponsor?
Yes, every CSF resident can have more than one sponsor (virtual parents/caretakers), in which case that would be a shared virtual custody. And the good thing about shared virtual custody is you don’t have to fight anyone 🙂 However, in cases of shared virtual custody, the monthly virtual adoption donation fee remains the same – $30 US/month per kitty for every virtual parent/caretaker – an equal shared virtual custody.
Let them know they’re not just cats. Show them empathy, sympathy and kindness.
I want to adopt a CSF resident virtually. Where do I start?
You can start by checking out our residents’ list at the main menu. Perhaps you’d like to check out tabbies because you prefer tabbies, perhaps you prefer male or female cats more, we don’t judge, neither do our residents. There is a donate button available on each of our resident’s page in order to make things easier.
Thank you for supporting CSF and our mission! Our kitties know nothing about the value of money, but they are more than grateful when there’s enough food or other supplies that make their lives easier and more comfortable.
We appreciate your generosity and kindness.
