Erasmo was born in 2011. When he was found in summer 2012, he was so confused, frightened and was crying all the time and seeking human companionship, so it is presumed that Erasmo was someone’s pet cat before he ran off or was dumped on the street. Since black cats are in much greater risk because of their color, it was clear that he had to be rescued off the street. Before his arrival at CSF, Erasmo was in foster care for months. Since he first came here, Erasmo grew bigger and stronger. Erasmo is people friendly and gets along well with other cats, but sometimes he becomes grumpy and moody towards his mates.
