Alana was born in March of 2011, to a stray mother. They were living in a joint yard in Belgrade with other cats, but Alana and her brother Shane were rescued – a nice lady who lived nearby took them under her protection. Sadly, their caretaker had to move abroad because of work and couldn’t take them with her. However, before she could leave, she had to make sure the kitties were safe. That’s when she turned to us, and Alana and Shane came to CSF in January of 2016.
In October of 2017, Alana has suffered an injury to her eye and had to undergo a surgery. Her eyesight wasn’t damaged but she’s sometimes experiencing eye discharge and needs proper drugs and eye drops.
Alana is extra lovey dovey every now and then, but she cuddles only when she’s in the mood for cuddling. If she doesn’t approach you, don’t bother coming over, she won’t even look at you. She is living her life the way she wants.
